Booking Terms & Conditions
By making a reservation at La Piazza Antica, you agree to our reservation terms and conditions below.
We politely ask you to contact us if you are running late as we can hold your table for 20 minutes and may release it if we have not been contacted.
Large Table Bookings of more that 9 guests
Please note that tables of more than 9 people require a £5 per person deposit to confirm the table. This deposit will be redeemed against your bill on the date you dine with us.
However, if you were to cancel your booking with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to turn up we will not be able to offer a refund.
Payment Methods
Please note that we accept cash and most major credit and debit cards except Amex as a method of payment.
To ensure we maintain prompt and efficient service, we are able to accept a maximum of 4 different card payments per booking to settle your bill. We truly appreciate your help with this.
A note on Allergies
Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, therefore we can never guarantee no cross contamination. We do have procedures in place to reduce this risk as much as possible. Please do make us aware of any special requirements you may have along with any allergies or dietary requirements in your party, and we will try to accommodate if we can.
